1. The extraction process is different

Cold-pressed oil is processed without heating or low temperature before oil pressing. The temperature of the squeezed oil is low, and the acid value is also low. Generally, it does not need refining, and the finished oil can be obtained after precipitation and filtration; heat Before oil pressing, the oil should be cleaned and crushed, then heated at high temperature, and then squeezed.

2. The oil yielding rate is different

The oil yield of cold-pressed oil is relatively low, generally only accounting for about 50% of the hot-pressed method; hot-pressed oil destroys the oil plant cells and reduces the viscosity of the oil, so that it is suitable for pressing oil and improving the oil yield, with less residue and high yield.

3. The appearance is different

The cold-pressed oil retains the natural flavor and color of the oil, and generally presents a clear and natural color; the oil cells of the hot-pressed oil are destroyed, and the color looks darker.

4. The taste is different

The taste of cold-pressed oil is not as mellow as hot-pressed oil, and the oil taste is not as strong; hot-pressed oil is more fragrant than cold-pressed oil.
