On the other hand, the market demand in various regions is uneven, brand competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and market concentration has been further improved. However, compared with developed agricultural countries and regions such as Europe and the United States, it is far from reaching the level of demand saturation. In addition, the backwardness of product structure and performance is a common problem of tractor products in China, and the technical level needs to be improved; At the same time, the quality problems caused by the chaotic market order and the disorderly competition of enterprises have also exposed the quality of tractor products in China that need to be improved.

From the requirements of the national agricultural mechanization development strategy, at present, the development of agricultural mechanization in China is in the intermediate stage, the level of comprehensive mechanization of cultivation and harvest is just over 50%, according to the "State Council on accelerating the good and rapid development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery industry" requirements, by 2020, China's crop cultivation and harvest comprehensive agricultural mechanization rate should reach more than 65%. That is to say, at present, there is still a big gap between the development of China's agricultural machinery industry and the requirements of the national agricultural mechanization development strategy. As the power source of agricultural machinery products, the market demand space of tractors is still very large.
