Use of rotary tillers

1. At the beginning of the operation, the rotary cultivator should be in a lifting state, first combined with the power output shaft, so that the knife shaft speed is increased to the rated speed, and then the rotary cultivator is lowered, so that the blade gradually enters the soil to the required depth. It is strictly forbidden to combine the blade into the soil and then combine the power output shaft or the sharp drop of the rotary cultivator, so as not to cause the blade to bend or break and increase the load of the tractor.
2. In the operation, it should be as low and slow as possible, which can not only ensure the quality of the operation, make the soil block fine, but also reduce the wear of the parts. Pay attention to whether the rotary cultivator has a noise or metal tapping sound, and observe the broken soil and the depth of the ploughing. If there is an abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the operation can be resumed after being excluded.
3. When turning in the ground, it is forbidden to work, the rotary cultivator should be raised so that the blade leaves the ground, and the tractor throttle is reduced so as not to damage the blade. When lifting the rotary cultivator, the inclination angle of the universal joint operation should be less than 30 degrees, and when it is too large, it will produce impact noise, making it wear or damage prematurely.
4. When reversing, crossing the field and transferring the plot, the rotary cultivator should be lifted to the highest position and the power should be cut off so as not to damage the parts. If you move to a distance, the rotary cultivator should be fixed with a locking device.
5. After each shift operation, the rotary cultivator should be maintained. Remove dirt and weeds from the blades, check the tightening of each connector, fill each lubricating oil point with lubricating oil, and fill the universal joint with butter to prevent aggravated wear.
