After every 50 hours of work, the lubrication should be checked, the oil cup on the gearbox must not be short of oil, and the bearing in the screw of the screw adjustment of the source through the screw should be extracted from the adjustment screw hole and filled with butter once, dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
Each lubrication part should prevent the intrusion of dust and other impurities, check the oil quality of the gearbox once a year, if it is found to deteriorate, all the oil should be replaced.
When the amount of pressing is reduced, the cake or oil is not normal, the screw shaft should be extracted, check the wear of the snail, the squeezer, the cake head, the cake mouth, and the wear parts should be replaced in time.
At the end of each work, the residual cake in the machine should be removed and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.
When long-term storage after the end of the production season, a maintenance should be carried out, and the snails, strips, and cake heads should be dismantled, washed, reloaded and oiled, and placed in a dry place.
At the end of each oil press, the spiral shaft should be removed to clean the residue, and the rotating mouth should be scrubbed with a dry cloth and a cotton swab stick to prevent clogging.
